Visiting debtors

One of our specialists from the Debt Management team visits the debtor if the file requires this. These people have experience in paying personal visits to debtors in order to solve the problem by means of tactful dialogue. They also make an on-the-spot recovery study.

This solution can take various forms ranging from immediate payment or agreeing on and immediately drawing up a repayment schedule, to tracing and recovering collateral such as cars, building equipment, commercial property and machinery. We can arrange for the storage and sale of the moveable property seized.

If requested, one of our field staff can be on the debtors doorstep within 3 days. In cases requiring speed this can be arranged within 3 hours, anywhere in the Netherlands.

We consider it important to emphasise that, when carrying out field work, we adhere strictly to all applicable (statutory) regulations, notably including the Dutch Consumer Credit Act [WCK], the Netherlands Civil Code, the Code of Conduct of the Dutch Finance Houses Association [VFN], the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act and Dutch privacy laws.
