Collection Charges

Incasso.com works according to the principle that collection charges are recovered from your debtor. The principal sum is increased by the interest and a graduated rate.
  • 15% over the first € 3.000
  • 10% over the excess up to € 6.000
  • 8% over the excess up to € 15.000
  • 5% over the excess up to € 60.000
  • 3% over the excess

File costs

The file costs amount to € 45 in all cases (or € 85 for cases outside the Netherlands) though these are initially charged to your debtor.

Collection commission

We only charge a commission, based on the graduated rates stated above, over the amounts finally paid by the debtor.

In short, no collection no charge (excluding the file costs). Outside the Netherlands variations in rates may apply.

Our commission is calculated over the amount collected, regardless of whether the payment was made to you or to Incasso.com. If the collection activities lead to the return of goods or to the crediting of (part of) the claim then this is also considered as a payment.

If, during the course of the collection procedure, you request the handling of a claim to be suspended, we then close the file at a reduced charge of 50% of the original collection charges, plus any out-of-pocket expenses.
